I really cant put into words the value this movie holds in the expansion of hip-hop music the world. Featuring all the biggest stars at that time from rappers and DJs such as Busy Bee, Cold Crush Brothers, Double Trouble, Furious 5, GrandMaster Flash, as well as the original breakers the Roc Steady Crew. Its a classic hip-hop story following the tale of a graffiti writer disconnected from his goals and dreams as an artist that thrives on the thrill of painting subways cars in a time where the art was being commercialized and profitted from. As I said, I really cant sum up the importance of this movie, just wanted to write about it for anyone that has not seen. Go check it out ASAP.
